We were moving from Colorado and had limited time to view homes. Sarina did a fabulous job in finding out all our preferences for a home and set us up online to view all the available properties that met those preferences. We scheduled a short 3 day trip to the area and Sarina was able to line up viewing of over 15 properties that we requested to see. She even assisted us with visiting some of them multiple times to help us lock in a decision on our new home. She was also extremely helpful with her knowledge of all the surrounding areas and all the pluses and minuses of each that helped us reach our final decision. Sarina was amazing to work with. This was our first home purchase in Arizona and she made sure we didnt miss a detail when it came to informing us about a potential house we were interested in. Including the potential of fire sprinkler recalls. Which was the case in the house we bought. She called the fire department for inspection and sure enough our sprinklers were ones that were recalled. They were replaced before we moved it.
